Are you still buying material and having it shipped to a shop for cutting and forming, then shipped to another shop for welding and yet another for painting or finishing?   • Laser Cutting:  An electric charge, combined with radio frequencies and inert gases, creates a focused light beam that is directed to the material using mirrors. This allows us to produce complex, intricate, high-quality parts quickly and efficiently.
  • Waterjet Cutting: Eliminates edge distortions, allowing us to produce the best edge quality and precision parts in the industry.
  • Plasma Cutting: We have the latest in Plasma cutting with the X-Definition technology from Hypotherm. We use the XPR 300 CNC cutting system that is very close to laser quality, while being able to ensure unmatched reliability and has proved to be very cost efficient.
  • Shearing: We use state-of-the-art-equipment and some of the most highly trained employees in the industry to create the cleanest shearing in the business.
  • Brake Press: We have the leading brake press facility in the Southwest, working with a wide range of industries to the most exacting of specifications.
